Clarus Advisory Partners is a Sydney-based finance and tax advisory firm for founder-led growing businesses and impact-led organisations. We bring together fractional CFO leadership, tax strategy, accounting and compliance, and cross-border advisory so founders get senior financial thinking and strategic tax advisory in a single, joined-up conversation, rather than across disconnected advisers.
Our name says what we stand for: Clarus is Latin for clear. We help you see your business with clarity, and turn that clarity into confident action. We are not just advisors, but long-term partners invested in where you're going.
Our Story
Most founders don't get stuck for lack of effort. They get stuck when the numbers, the structure, and the decisions stop lining up - when the accountant files the tax, the bookkeeper closes the month, and still no one is helping them see the road ahead. The pieces all exist, but no one connects them. And the founder carries that alone.
Clarus Advisory Partners was built to close that gap.
We're a firm founded by two complementary specialists, a strategic finance partner and a tax strategist, working as one team.

Vicky Fei Dong
Co-Founder, Fractional CFO
Vicky grew up in a family of entrepreneurs, and learned early that a business's growth often comes down to one thing: whether the founder can see the way ahead and make the right call when it matters. With a background spanning economics and finance, large corporates and small businesses, domestic and international markets, and both the commercial and the for purpose sectors, she now works as a senior fractional CFO to founder-led growing businesses and impact-led organisations.
Her focus is the strategic side of the finance function, including financial health diagnostics, roadmaps, budgeting and forecasting, KPI and performance cadence, cash flow and capital planning, and financial governance. Vicky reads the numbers, the business, and the founder all at once.
She'll help you turn complexity into clear, confident action, as a thinking partner you can trust.
Chirag Gandhi
Co-Founder, Tax Strategist
An accountant by chance, but a tax strategist by choice. Over more than 15 years, Chirag has managed the financial health of 100+ small and medium businesses across manufacturing, property development, healthcare, IT consulting, professional service and fitness. He reads a business model fast, which means sharp, practical advice without a long ramp-up.
He also believes the accounting profession is overdue for change. Chirag builds his own AI tools to carry the heavy lifting of compliance and research, freeing the firm to spend its time where it matters: forward-looking tax strategy, asset protection, entity structuring, equity-raise readiness and tax-efficient exits.
For Chirag, managing tax is the baseline. Maximising a founder's potential and impact is the ultimate mission.
